• Leave the M60 at junction 23 signposted A635 Ashton-under-Lyne
• Take the next left at the traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights bear right onto the A635, signposted Stalybridge
• Continue forward on the A635 entering Ashton-under-Lyne. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Park Parade A635, signposted Stalybridge
• At the next roundabout take the 4th exit onto Park Parade
• Continue forward onto Stamford Street and at the traffic lights bear left along the A635 signposted Mossley/Holmfirth
• Continue along the A635 for approximately 2 miles and before entering Mossley turn right into Egmont Street
• At the bottom of Egmont Street turn right onto Micklehurst Road
• At the top of the hill turn right into Cocksfoot Drive
